Making a purchase
Take a look at the products and when you find items you want to buy, just type in the quantity you require and click ‘buy’.
When you have finished browsing, click on 'checkout'. You will then receive an auto email acknowledgement from us.
Once we have processed your order, and it has been approved by whoever authorises spend against your cost code, we will send you an order confirmation which will list your order details and give you an estimated delivery date. If you have made a mistake in your order that you cannot correct in the shopping basket, please contact us via the above number/email address and we will be able to assist you. If you don’t get the order confirmation within 48 hours of making the order please check with the approver in your organisation that they have signed off. If they have approved then call or email TC Group and we will check the system for you.
When will my order arrive? For all our stock items, orders placed by midday will be despatched the same day on a next-working-day courier service (UK addresses excluding Scottish Highlands). Where possible, we will amalgamate stock orders into one delivery. If items are out of stock for any reason, we will notify you of the estimated re-stock date. If a timed next day delivery is required, please call or email us via the above number/email address for a price.

Need to add to your order? If you’ve forgotten to add something to your order, don’t panic! Give us a call on 01844 275 700 with your order number as soon as you can, and we will endeavour to send it with your original order, or earliest date thereafter.
Do I need to sign for my delivery? Most orders will be sent to you via our courier service and will need to be signed for, so please ensure someone is available to sign for the goods – or call us to advise an alternative delivery address.
Can I return my order? You can return stock items for a full refund, subject to the item being returned in a re-saleable condition and within 28 days. Please also send a Returns note quoting our order number. Please return to:

If anything is faulty or damaged, we will refund the cost of the postage and replace the item/s for you.
NB: in the event of non-arrival of goods, you must inform the Company within 14 days of the date of the invoice/advice of despatch, or your claim cannot be considered.
